When you click the link to book an appointment, you will be taken to a different webpage, called Cliniko. This is where the bookings are made and all the details of your child are kept. It is a secure website designed for healthcare professionals so your information is kept private. On this page, you will be able to select an appointment time that suits you.

All new patients need to select the New Patient Appointment option.

Once you have booked an appointment, you will receive Consent and Intake Forms via email. These need to be completed at least 2 days prior to your appointment. The Intake Form provides me with some information about your child's health history, and reduces the appointment time requirement by up to an hour. It should only take 10-15 minutes for you to complete.

While the initial discussion and Intake Form gives lots of information, sometimes functional testing can give us much greater insight to what is happening with your child's biochemistry, gut health, genetics, or immune system. Sometimes more than one test could be beneficial, and sometimes the same test needs to be repeated several months apart. Functional testing is privately billed and some of these are sent overseas for analysis. You will not be expected to do this testing if finances do not allow.

If supplements are advised, it is up to you to purchase them through Vital.ly. Vital.ly is an online platform that allows multiple brands of products to be purchased in one transaction and delivered to your door. An ongoing prescription does not require follow up visits to access the supplement. I am very selective in prescribing only the very best quality supplements, especially for children, but you are always welcome to discuss alternative options with me so we can work out what is best for your child and family as a whole.

Please note that appointment times reflect the complexity of care for your child. Complex results, such as functional and genetic testing, require a minimum of 60 minutes. Shorter appointments are not available for these services unless you have been advised otherwise. Only laboratory tests ordered through this clinic, or specifically requested, will be reviewed and interpreted. Communication outside of appointments is limited. Clinical advice will only be provided during scheduled appointments.
